Handmade and ready to ship! All of my ruffle hats are made with acrylic yarn. This particular hat has a black base and a hot pink ruffled trim. There is an elastic crocheted through the base so it will fit snug on your head whether your hair is at is maximum or a little more demure. These are all handmade by me and they are ready to ship. I make these as I find pretty yarn in the wild so the wait time is only for the duration of packing and shipping!
